About Ms. Lee
"You change the world by being yourself"
Teaching is a rewarding profession. It is something that comes from the heart. I take pride in building relationships with students and creating a classroom culture that is one to never be forgotten as kids move on in their educational journey. Teaching is not about what you necessarily create or teach, but how you inspire & impact generations to come. Create a culture that doesn't change you or them. Most of all, be relatable.

Welcome!
My name is Marche Lee, a proud Houston native with a deep passion for education, growth, and empowering others. With the exception of my college years, Houston has always been home—a community that has shaped both my personal and professional journey.
I earned my degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas in just three years. My career path began in corporate healthcare, but I soon realized my true calling was rooted in working directly with people—especially youth. While coaching dance part-time, I discovered my passion for mentorship, which ultimately led me to transition into education full-time.
Over the past several years, I have served as an elementary educator, teaching students from kindergarten through fourth grade. Through these experiences, I developed a strong foundation in meeting diverse learning needs, fostering student engagement, and creating meaningful classroom environments.
Most recently, I have expanded my impact by serving as a Math Specialist, where I support both students and teachers in strengthening mathematical understanding and instructional practices. In this role, I collaborate with educators, analyze student data, and implement targeted strategies to close learning gaps and drive academic success. This experience has deepened my leadership capacity and reinforced my commitment to building systems that support both teaching and learning at a high level.
