Peer feedforward and ePortfolio reflection on VOICE
The role of voice is significant, impacting communication, engagement, relationship-building, and the learning experience as a whole. In relation to one of the most important frameworks we use throughout this program (COVA), it inspires us to wholeheartedly take ownership over our learning experiences and how we choose to showcase our reflection piece through various assignments.
Being able to have voice within the ADL program gives me the confidence and authenticity to express my ideas, learning experiences, and learning goals. It grants me the opportunity to have full ownership over my learning experience through reflection and design. I am able to track my reflections and learning progress and see how my "voice" has transitioned overtime. It highlights my abilities as well as my accomplishments on my learning journey. I have been able to engage in meaningful discussions with my peers through the discussion forums here in blackboard as well as outside through our Microsoft Teams channels.
As I continue to build and enhance my ePortfolio, I establish my online presence and showcase all the acquired knowledge I have from the start of my Master's journey in the ADL program. My hope is that my ePortfolio will be able to inspire others in the same way that some of my peers and previous students have inspired me.
